People there are very helpful and willing to help. I was there first time with my newborn and I was lost where to go for the appointment. Front desk or customer service desk called someone for us to get to the appointment on time with shortcut getting there since I parked my car on the green garage.
Everyone I've encountered here has been very kind, courteous, and professional. Their equipment is state if the art. If you need medical care for your child, Inova Children's Hospital is the best.
