I was just sent an email and had a follow up conversation that this office is essentially ABANDONING patient care in the midst of a public health crisis. They will see you for a "virtual" visit, but if you need to truly be seen (swabbed for strep, maybe have an ear infection) their advice was to go to the ER...which is the last place I want to be right now. Truly sad. Even my children's pediatrician's office has changed the way they run their office, but they are still treating their patients.
