This is ridiculous. So if people are stacked in the ER hallway because of COVID why are you letting visitors back. Zero patient privacy. If this was a mass casualty incident but for day to day operation it’s sad
I am shocked at the $2500.00 bill I received for a finger injury which did not require stitches or surgery. An x-ray, exam and a cleaning plus half a day. I'll not go to er again unless life and limb depend on it. I hope there won't be further bills from specialists and consultants. IMHO it is just too high (by about 2k) a bill for the services rendered. Thankful I have very over priced health insurance which paid most of it.

They mess up billing constantly. I have been on the hook for hundreds of dollars because they used a provider not on my insurance. I have received letters from their collections without ever having received a bill from them. I have set up payment plans only to have them cancelled after a few payments with no explanation or notice, and then they deny it was evef set up, while I am starting at papers I just downloaded from their site showing I did.
RecommendedI was a patient from 9/30-10/5 on the Joint Replacement Floor. I received excellent care from everyone; RN’s, Tech’s, Therapists, Food Service; Housekeeping. Two of my favorite techs were Sadatu and Mary. We would joke around and they were SOOOO kind to me. They were very patient and told me to take my time. Anna and Sarita, the RN’s, were very professional and explained a lot to me. Again, everyone was great, but these are just some of the names that stood out. I drove 5 hours for a hip replacement.
