I'm currently an in-patient admitted for pain management and consultation and the doctor is refusing to treat my pain or order consults or tests. I'm essentially spending money to sit in a room and be talked down at by a doctor. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER come here again, even if it's the last hospital on earth. This "treatment" here is insulting.
I have been a patient at this hospital for over 20 years (WELL BORN HERE BUT WERE SPEAKING RIGHT NOW OF MY CHRONIC HEALTH ISSUES) of my ESRD epileptic and now return to icu yet again(from an emergency surgery September 24 2019. (The surgeon excellent 4 stars the icu recovery horrific!!!) The doctors do not talk to you they blatantly lie and speak at you as if you are stupid!! I have never experience a hospital where you are treated like you are at a resort. Everyone is so kind and professional . It is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. I drive from Frederick, MD. This was my second surgery at INOVA and I would recommend this hospital 100%. My physician and the support staff in the pacu and operating room was phenomenal. Hello, my mother Laurita Eufrausino, came into the ER Saturday night feeling horrible. She had a heart attic, and her heart stopped for about 4 minutes. The ER team was able to revive her back. PLEASE let those people know that I said thank you!!! Also my mother has a nurse name David that is taking good care of her in the ICU right now. David is very professional, and extremely nice. David is taking GOOD care of my mother. Please have someone in management let David know that I said thank you.
