This place is great and kiara is awesome!!! She did a haircut and balayage which turned out beautiful!

So.. I am not one to allow myself to have 'me' time. I have not had my hair cut in over 3 years. I usually go to a low end salon and just do a basic cut and leave with wet hair and some random hair cut. I entered Innovative Looks very hesitantly - I was a walk in and wasn't sure what I wanted. This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to what you want done and make sure to get you there with HEALTHY HAIR! Shout out to my girl Ki'ara for doing such a great job.
Stay away! I got my hair done here and it looks horrible! I asked for the tips of my hair to be dyed blonde, similar to Balayage treatment. This lady originally wanted over $250 but with a a coupon I ended up getting it done for $200. During the appointment I asked repeatedly how she was going to accomplish the photo I showed her. She replied don't worry you'll see it in the end. It took her over 6 hours to do my hair and it looks nothing like what I asked for. Judith has cut and colored my hair for the last 19 years. Not only has she done mine but also my girls since they were little. I would not have anyone touch my hair except for Judith. She is incredible in what she does. I always get great compliments not only on the hair style and cut but also on the color.
