Lovely salon, very friendly staff and Melissa did a great job. Had color, highlights, cut and style and very pleased. I had a few very stubborn grey's underneath that did not quite take but not noticeable unless looking very closely. Melissa offered I come back within the week to have those greys taken care at not charge but did not feel the need as my cut and highlights, which looked great disguised them well. Will definitely be going back.
I went to Innovative and Ki'ara was soo helpful and friendly. She did an amazing job and great recommendations. Thank you Ki'ara for taking such good care of me. Also thank you to Sam for the help as well. Everyone here is so kind! Definitely will be back.

I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5, because I've yet to get my hair colored here, but the 3 times I've been Samantha has been my stylist and has done a great job! Since growing my hair longer, I've had a few stylist from other salons chop up my layers and I always end up back at Innovative Looks b/c Sam is very precise and able to blend and soften up the layers. Booked my next appointment in advance tonight just so I don't fall victim to another bad haircut from a different salon!
