I chose Innovative to replace the 30 year old fiberglass tubs with walk-in showers after interviewing 4-5 companies. Not only did they quickly "work me in" when I had a leak develop from the upstairs bathroom into the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom, but their payment plans allowed me to get both bathrooms done for the price quoted for a single bathroom from some of the competitors. Shout out to master carpenter, Danny Williams, and Greg for their great communication and a job well done.
Jarrod and Michael did a fantastic job on my bath remodel project! They took care of the shower, flooring, and vanity top for us. Tons of color options and the shower material is impressive. We have lived with it for a month now and it’s very easy to clean, as advertised. I do work for Innovative and this is our first of three bathrooms we intend to get done. My wife was unfamiliar with the product at first, but is incredibly pleased with how it turned out, and we now intend to put it in our other bathrooms as well.
The team who installed our new shower was tremendous. On time, professional, completed everything. Great work ethic. Explained things in detail. I wish they could do all our home renovations.
All good experience from phone call to schedule a sales consult, updates on installation time frame, through completion of installation. No high pressure sales tactics. Installers patient and quite pleasant. Walk-in shower and new exhaust fan/light combination look great.
My wife and I selected Innovative Restorations/Baths - Crossville (IB) following a competitive bid by 3 BBB A+ rated companies. The bid submitted by IB (Chris Hassler) was the clear winner on detail, scope compliance, material quality, 2 year warranty, payment terms and price.
