I chose Innovative to replace the 30 year old fiberglass tubs with walk-in showers after interviewing 4-5 companies. Not only did they quickly "work me in" when I had a leak develop from the upstairs bathroom into the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom, but their payment plans allowed me to get both bathrooms done for the price quoted for a single bathroom from some of the competitors. Shout out to master carpenter, Danny Williams, and Greg for their great communication and a job well done.
Jarrod and Michael did a fantastic job on my bath remodel project! They took care of the shower, flooring, and vanity top for us. Tons of color options and the shower material is impressive. We have lived with it for a month now and it’s very easy to clean, as advertised. I do work for Innovative and this is our first of three bathrooms we intend to get done. My wife was unfamiliar with the product at first, but is incredibly pleased with how it turned out, and we now intend to put it in our other bathrooms as well.
Innovative Baths were very prompt in making initial contact after my request for service. Their representative was knowledgeable and gave a comprehensive presentation of the product that would be used and the various options available. There was no problem when a change in installation date was requested and the whole thing was completed two days. The end result is a delight to the eye, comes with a lifetime guarantee and I have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you Innovative Restorations.
We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom installed by Innovative Baths. Our install team of Mike and Scotty was outstanding. Their knowledge and attention to detail was very impressive. They answered all of our questions and concerns and made us feel we made the right choice of installers. They were always on time and updated us on the progress along the way.
