Absolutely awful garbage company who I feel is scamming people. My husband totalled his vehicle a couple of months ago. We jumped through a bunch of hoops to get IAS all of the info they needed, kept calling them over and over. Finally, they told us they came up with a random list of reasons they were going to deny our claim. We paid $506 and only owed $476.49 after insurance but they refused to pay what was left?! I was run off the road by a truck and I struck a fire hydrant. It pretty much cut open the entire right side of my car. They totalled my car. We had gap insurance with IAS and after paying my deductable and my car insurance paying their part we stilled owed just over $700.00. We filed with IAS and continued making payments on a car we no longer had. My tire had a screw in it. Took it to dealer and they processed claim with no hassles or issues. Got a brand new tire and was on my way. Highly recommend IAS!!

I had an issue with two of my wheels and IAS was able to take care of me. I had to go through a few fire hoops but in the end it worked out. This company would be a lot better if they didn’t put the customer through so much back and forth

This company is a rip-off....my daughter bought their tire and wheel coverage from the dealership where she bought her car. Unfortunately, she had a tire blowout on her move back home. Her rim was also destroyed. Her car was full of her clothes, pet, and things and she was 300 miles from home. She found a dealership close buy who contacted this asshole company and followed their instructions on making a claim. I bought an IAS paintless dent repair/tire and wheel contract for $600 through my dealership when I bought my car a year ago. The car sustained a ding in one of the doors. So I filed a claim with IAS. I then asked them to give me a list of approved PDR companies they like to work with. They had no such list and just told me to find a company and get the work done. I got the work done. Uploaded pictures of the damage and the bill for repairs which totaled $200. The claim came back as denied because I got the work done already... read more

I made a claim on IAS for a tire. I spoke to them before I did anything and got the approval and a claim number. I was told to fax in the claim and it would be processed in 3 to 4 weeks. I called in the 3rd week and was told they never received the fax. I recent the claim and after 2 weeks was told I needed the VIN number on the receipt to get it paid. They have the VIN as that was how I got the Claim number to begin with. Bottom line is its a scam!!! I may eventually get paid but its not worth the fight. Don't bother with d... read more

This tire insurance was purchased as and add-on when we purchased this new car from the dealer. When we filed our first claim, I sent 4 emails and made multiple followup phone calls and it still took 4 months to get our reimbursement check! I called the first time, they gave me an email address and told me what was needed to email. When I called back a week or 2 later they said they didn't get an email and asked which address I sent it to.
