Buying this policy was a waste of money. I live on Long Island and I purchased a policy for my daughter's car. After two tire claims for pot hole damage, they invented reasons not to honor my policy. What good is purchasing a policy if one can not use it? It would have cost less money not to buy the policy and to pay for the damaged tires out of pocket

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This company is an absolute joke. They do not cover the difference after what your car insurance Company pays and what you owe. We owed $11,000 on our vehicle the car insurance company payed $10,329 IAS Gap insurance payed $242 which left us with $429 to pay ourselves. We were never late on a payment so there is no reason why they didn’t cover the rest. When talking to them they are rude and very unprofessional. was authorized to make claim for tire protection. Paid shop up front for tire replacement. I was giving hard time about signature on estimate. I than reached out to this company twice with no returned phone call. Third Voicemail left with supervisor with no returned call. Claim now denied based off time. IF the employees had taken care of me like they should, info would have been submitted in time. If you have to spend the money and submit and HANDLE the claim by yourself, than why even buy this "service"?

I had the worst experience with them. I was not made aware that if I refinanced my loan the GAP insurance did not transfer, so when I needed it, they denied it. Then I wanted a refund on my policy but was told that I would only be refunded from the time I cancelled till the end of original contract not from the time I refinanced my loan. So even though the contract end almost 2 years ago I'm only getting it from now till the end. If they keep my money up to now doesn't that mean my contract was still good? Greay company! Very patient and speedy response. They did take 2 of my claims seriously. For the first claim, my dealership dealt with them with no charge, and I got the brand new tire the next day. For my second claim, I dealt with them, after speaking with one of the agent, I got the check within 5 business days! Both brand new exact same tires with NO charge. Completely new and free!! I will definitely purchase this insurance again if I ever buy another new car! Very much appreciate your efforts!

Complete scam. Do not purchase anything offered from this company. Even the most valid claim will be denied. Worst possible customer service. Rude, matter of fact, and obscenely out of touch with phone etiquette. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Absolutely awful garbage company who I feel is scamming people. My husband totalled his vehicle a couple of months ago. We jumped through a bunch of hoops to get IAS all of the info they needed, kept calling them over and over. Finally, they told us they came up with a random list of reasons they were going to deny our claim. We paid $506 and only owed $476.49 after insurance but they refused to pay what was left?! I was run off the road by a truck and I struck a fire hydrant. It pretty much cut open the entire right side of my car. They totalled my car. We had gap insurance with IAS and after paying my deductable and my car insurance paying their part we stilled owed just over $700.00. We filed with IAS and continued making payments on a car we no longer had.
