I had a great experience at innovation yesterday! I got an Express package as a birthday gift and as soon as I entered I was greated nicely and helped promptly. I had I think her name was Lisa for my massage and she was phenomenal! I was so relaxed and the oils smelled amazing! For my facial I had Nikki and again she was amazing she walked me through everything she was doing and even told me about products I should use! And finally I had alexus for my Mani and pedi and she was also great! I can't wait to come back!
Just had a marvelous massage with Chad Thibodeau. He is thorough and accomplished at finding those knots in your back. Very paitent and professional. Thank you Chad. I will be back aqain!🤗

A wonderful clean professional staff takes care of all my spa needs. All their services are amazing.
I went in giving Gretchen full control of my look. Instead of just doing what she wanted, she communicated with me and educated me on what she thought was best and made sure I was okay throughout the process. She was seriously a ninja with her scissor skills. I went into the appointment excited and hopeful but left feeling so much more. Once I made it to my car I actually cried with the happiest of tears. We went for a friend’s birthday and they were so accommodating. The place is so clean and everyone is very nice. I had Chad for my massage and he was amazing.
