I just had my first massage here with Lisa and pre-booked another one. She did an amazing job as well as Megan S. on my facial. Feeling very relaxed!!
Everything about this spa is above the ordinary. Rooms are decorated beautifully and music is perfect for relaxation. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and are knowledgeable and attentive to client's requests. I recently had a facial with Brittany and Wii be booking again with her soon!
I've been going to Innovations for about 3 years now. I've had my wedding package done here, prenatal massages, waxing, hair services, you name it. I'm always so pleased and feel great after leaving the salon/spa. Great staff and you always feel welcomed, but more importantly, relaxed and comfortable.

Love Nikki D! I’ve been seeing her for over a year. She always explains exactly what she’s going to do, and suggests new/different products and treatments to help my skin and LASHES! Sometimes we chat, sometimes I’m quiet, sometimes, I sleep. She seems to know what I need :) Highly recommend.
