Does any one know of a lawsuit against IIM for all the money they owe contractors that they haven't paid? They owe me about $3000 which is nothing compared to what they owe some others. I have called both IIM and ** many times and no one will pick up the phone or return a call. I have sent certified mail and received signatures so they cant state they haven't received invoices or signoff sheets. WE SHOULD HAVE DONE OUR HOMEWORK ON THIS COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY HIRED OUR COMPANY TO DO WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAD US DO $4000.00 WORTH OF WORK AND WHEN WE WERE CONTRACTED TO DO THE WORK THEY SAID A SMALL AMOUNT. THIS SMALL AMOUNT ENDED UP THREE DAYS, TWO MEN AND A SCISSOR LIFT. 300 LIGHT BULBS AND 40 BALLASTS. THIS WORK WAS DONE IN SEPTEMBER 2016 AND IT IS NOW FEB 2017. This company will rob you blind with absolutely no guilt. Not only have they always done this but now especially. After they lost their main client **************, they had to come up with new ways to make the money to pay for the owners new Coffee Shop and Movie theatre that she used *************** money to open (Laura H******, everyone, embezzled thousands and thousands from **************. We have worked hard and been loyal to this company. Now they have changed their company name. They owe us over 28,000.00. All of our paperwork has been up to the standards they ask for. Pituful company to work for and all of their employees say the same thing

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. I'M A HVAC CONTRACTOR THAT DID A LOT OF WORK FOR IIM AND BEEN TRYING TO GET $60K THAT THEY OWES US FOR 6 MONTHS. WE HAVE ALL THE INVOICES SIGNED AND STAMPED FROM ALL OF THE STORES THAT WE SERVICED BUT IIM DECIDED TO POCKET OUR MONEY AND SPENDED IT ON THEIR NEEDS.

I have been trying to collect on a invoice since October 2016, and after a lot of phone calls emails etc. Nothing. Started researching the company and found they have closed permanently. Looking on this BBB site, I am guessing I am not the only company that's not getting paid.
