You will not get paid from this Company stay away! This company by far is the worst I've dealt with in my 25 years of service work. Do yourself a favor turn down the job hang up the phone immediately and don't feel bad. The only thing you lost was not getting paid for the job you performed. I have no idea how or why this company is allowed to operate anywhere I've never seen so many complaints on a BBB web site.

IIM, owes to ********** Service,Inc in Greenville,SC the amount of $20,000.00, I have had contact with Laura H****** and emails stating she does owe this amount, but now she is hiding behind her computer and will not return any communication. I have no other options but turn this over to a lawyer.

SCREWED US FOR OVER 10K, SEEMS TO BE THE NORMAL FOR THEM. SOMEONE WITHIN THE LEGAL SYSTEM NEEDS TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER AND GO AFTER ANY AND ALL OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY PERSONALLY IF NECESSARY!!!!!!!!!! LAW SUIT COMING SOON, STAY TUNED

We were contracted to do work and have done approximately $6700 in August 2016 and to do date we still have not been paid $6280. When you call no one answers any of their phone numbers or emails.

We did a lot of work for IIM this past year and were never paid for nearly $8000 in invoices. They not only stopped paying but no longer respond to messages. We are very disappointed and want this company to pay their contractors because their vendors have paid them!!

We did some air conditioner work for a ************** in our town that we have done work for many times and never had a problem with payment until IIM took over. The work we performed was well over 6 months ago and we have yet to see payment. I have called multiply times and any time that I am actually put through to someone they always tell me the payment will go out immediately, but yet we are still waiting on payment. Recently my calls have been going straight to a message system but I have never received a returned call.... read more

IIM hired me to perform Mowing services for summer 2016 for ****** ******* store and paid me for the first 2 months and still as of 03/2017 hasn't paid for the remaining 5 months. Horrible to try and get ahold of them by phone or email. Once I did get with them they just kept telling me that the payment would be sent in the next 7-10 days but I got that story about 4 times.
