Bought a Group for Alllie Ellis. After several attempts via text and phone trying to make an appointment, she finally answered back on May 22. Scheduled a color for June 6th at 2 pm. Waited until the DAY OF my appointment to text me at 9 am to let me know that she has a broken foot and cannot work and has to cancel my appointment.
