Absolutely love this salon! The staff is always so welcoming and wonderful! Samantha always does a great job! My VERY tender headed little girls never shed a tear when she does their hair, trust me... that's NOT an easy feat!

This salon is full of incredibly talented women (and man). You'd be happy with whoever you got paired with, the owner is sweet and professional while being super fun and silly at the same time! Always feel comfortable and at ease when im with these women and Absolutely love it!
Michelle always does a great job on my nails. Even when I'm a clutz and break one, she gets me in to fix it right away and no extra charge! The salon itself is always pleasant, everyone seems happy to be there. This is definitely my go-to salon here in Springfield!
This salon is great and everyone is so kind and professional. My hairdresser, Allie Ellis, has been doing my hair for approximately 6 years now and she is absolutely amazing! I strongly recommend her and the other services they have at this salon. Great atmosphere and great people!
Normally I don't post reviews but I just had to with Innovations. The day I wanted to get my hair done, not a single place would answer and if they did, they would charge more than $100 for just a base color. Finally, I called Innovations and they were very helpful. They were able to squeeze me in the day of and their prices were very reasonable. I had Jannetta, & she rocked! I am definately telling everyone about this place, and am definately coming here from now on! Thanks, Jannetta!!
I love it! Dachel is my go-to girl. They make you feel welcome and beautiful! I've had several haircuts and color changes. My kids get their hair cut here, as well as my fiancé. We always leave happy!
I can't say enough nice things about everyone at this salon! I came in for a color fix on Saturday and these women were so all so sweet and helpful. Becca, Bobbie, and Dachel thank you for your help!
