This company basically saved my life, and they've been incredibly responsive for me. All the services I use with them are remote, so video-chat, phone call or DMs make it super convenient. While they only operate within standard business hours EST, it's been a little bit of a problem but negligible. The accessibility is my favorite part. Did this per my Dr. recommendation. Although they got me in very quickly, I have since stopped going here because of constant billing issues. I went a total of 4 times and they never put it through my insurance. had to call them with my insurance and they still never figured it out. Now 5 months later I am getting a bill for $471 that was supposed to have been taken care of and covered but now want to send me to collections?
