Best Quality and Best Pricing! – I have been a customer of Wendy and Eric's for over 15 years and I absolutely love their product! I have never had any issues with their company and the pricing is the best I've ever seen in this industry. They will go out of their way to take care of me when I have major events. Great service and amazing product! I have been buying from innovases for several years and they never disappoint with their product. They have the most unique ceramics and vases and after I place my order, I always receive it in a couple of days. The van aka "show room" is always stocked with great deals and I always know I am getting great prices. I can't believe what I'm reading on here..... It sounds like things are being made up by some other jealous vendor. Eric, along side with his family have been nothing but great! Whenever I have had a problem finding product they have gone out of their way to help. I highly recommend them -- the product is great and priced just right!!!

How are they still in business? – I truly have no idea how they are still in business. The husband, wife and daughter ran business is the worst vendor I have ever used. They sold me containers that did NOT hold water. I had already given them payment and they took back the containers promising to return ones that hold water but never did. They have my payment and I have no product. I've called many times and there is no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH INNOVASES EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! – The owner of this place is a complete flake. I placed an order and was told that the order will be delivered on Friday. Friday came and went and I received nothing. I called the following Monday and was told by the useless girl in the office to call the owner, Eric's cell phone, I did so and got no answer, I left an urgent message as what I ordered was for a wedding. CONTAINERS GALORE – I have purchased from this company for years. Their prices are always better than the competition and the variety of glass, ceramic, and tin is fabulous. This is a family owned company and they are hard working and honest. I would never buy from them anymore – 1st: Every time that I ordered from them, they always sent me something that is totally different. 2nd: Price is always changed on the same item. Sometimes, it is $1.00 more and sometimes, it is $4.00 more 3rd: They overcharged. they told me it was $3.00/piece on a 6x6 square when i ordered it, but they charged it $6.00/piece on the invoice. It happened couple times already.
