Horrible service, will not recommend
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at your clinic recently, and I feel compelled to share it. As someone who has never worn contact lenses before, I scheduled an appointment specifically to be properly fitted and guided through the process. I was told there was specialized equipment available only on Saturdays to determine the best lens fit, so I waited for months to book the next available Saturday appointment.
