Front staff less the pleasant but doctors seemed really nice
Have been a patient of IHO for many years and can’t say enough good things about the care and service I have received over the years. From routine check-ups to contact emergencies, Dr Sharma and his team have consistently provided exceptional service in a timely manner.
Dr. Sharma was so lovely and patient - I always get nervous before an eye exam but Dr. Sharma put me at ease right away and I had a great comprehensive eye exam. His team was also very nice and friendly so I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!
They use several modern machines to assess eye health. Dr Sharma is very personable. I trust his assessments of my eye health and the prescriptions he gives.
I had a really frustrating experience at this clinic. They scheduled my appointment for 4:30 on the first call, then second call they said it was at 4:20 but then insisted I arrive by 4:05. It feels completely unreasonable to expect patients to show up so early, especially when you’re given a specific appointment time. If you have all the time in the world, maybe this place works for you, but if you value your time, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Imagine your glasses delivery time.
