I just had my first class and it was AAAMAZING! Everyone is super nice and helpful, the ambiance is fantastic and I can bring my son so I can get y workout done in the morning. It's everything I have been looking and waiting for in a fitness studio.

It is a guided workout with trainers to help you every step of the way. Three quick rotations and you're done, with a new workout everyday!
