Inner Element is just awesome! The trainers are great and supportive. They push you to do one more or increase weight to meet your goals. Each class is different but the energy is intense every time!

Love my I.E. family! I'm down 15 lbs and feel amazing! All of the trainers are at the top of their game! They are encouraging and engaged in your goals. The program can be as challenging as you want it to be.
The staff is so knowledgeable and motivating! The whole gym has a genuinely positive and uplifting vibe. I always leave in a great mood...a sweaty mess but proud of myself! I'm very pleased with my decision to join! ���
