I like how friendly the crew at Inner Element are. How they call you by name and most of all how the workouts make me feel. They're not easy but who wants easy? I'm new to working out and it's challenging but that's what I was looking for. I feel great after a workout. �
I just finished my first week at Inner Element Fitness. It's a great workout and combines cardio, strength and stability. You spend about 16 minutes at each station. The space is very trendy, all great machinery, and a great staff. They play good music during the workout and keep the a/c blasting. You wear a heart rate monitor that also measures calories burned. During my first 5 days I burned 3,761 calories during class time. 4 hours and 14 minutes of class time. Definitely recommend!

I've gotten two workouts in now and I absolutely love it. The trainers are great and very supportive. They really challenge you and motivate you throughout the workout. They also seem very open to feedback, which is important. The people are also great. Everybody seems very down to earth and willing to support each other. Inner Element is definitely building something great and I'm very happy to be a part of it!

I took my first class after work today and LOVED it! The cardio part of the workout was quick, motivating and fun! Everything was great from the staff, facility, equipment and music! I can't wait to get back tomorrow! �
