Today was my second class and I really love it! The trainers are attentive and make it fun! I had to get use to the arm band but after ten minutes of this fab workout today I forgot it was there! Looking forward to the next workout which says a lot about a studio that does this type of workout! The people are friendly which always makes a gym experience more positive:)
I've been working out here about a month. It's a great workout and all the trainers are super motivating and helpful throughout the classes. I highly recommend it!
Enjoyed my first free visit. Dana and JD (I think thats his name sorry!!!) kept the momentum going and encouraged us. The music was a great selection as well! Thinking about joining!!
Great workout that's constantly varied! So happy to finally have something like this close to us. All of the instructors are motivating and always push me to the next level. Give it a try!

Here's an updated review. I've done more than 50 workouts here over the past few months. Still love it. They always find ways to keep it fresh, new and fun. This former couch potato works out 5 days a week! Thanks Inner Element!
