How about someone who wants to help behind the desk because Ive been told wrong info. I've been lied to just to end the request I need. Nobody can give me a summary of the visit I just had with my Dr regarding what transpired for my insurance , for my reassurance to remember what my options are etc .Nope , nothing just get your visit and nothing to walk out with . Basically no one except the practitioner wants to do anything as far as making sure patients feel ok walking out the door.
You’re assistant answering the phone calls has a really bad attitude, what Kind did people are you hiring? Her customer service sucks she has no compassion!
