We were delighted with the Inn. Our room was lovely, the Inn is beautifully maintained- every area, including the lobby, restaurant and even they elevators, is clean! We would recommend it and will gladly stay here again!
Amazing service and staff! Ryan is amazing at what he does over there!!!! He helped us out with our wedding and went above and beyond for us! Would recommend this hotel for any function or party!
How does a hotel take your credit card and give you a reservation and then tell you there are NO ROOMS when you get there an hour before the wedding you need to be at. They did send us to a sister hotel and cover all our charges but this was ridiculous. And the other hotel's front desk was actually worse! Beware! No way a hotel just found out at 4pm that they didn't have a room ... could have at least given us notice to change our arrangements.
I worked for this family for years .My second home was The Inn ,even to this day 15 years after I left they still treat me as family.The staff is amazing,Paul is a great guy and very helpful to the guest.Kathleen is one of the most amazing people I have ever met.The Inn at great neck is by far the classiest hotel on LI
