I would not recommend this hotel for anyone planning a wedding or a family gathering. In fact the management was completely dishonest in the planning and contracting. Buyer beware! You may come back from your wedding to find that their bar and restaurant are not open at all let alone stay open late for you. The second you disagree or request the crib for a newborn you requested days in advance, management threatens to call the police on you. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
I arrived at Great Neck a day earlier than my original booking(total mistake on my part) and they were quick to accommodate me. I was greeted so warmly by the valet and the receptionist, Brianni, was so sweet and wonderful. When i'd call down for a bottle of water or ice, she would come up personally to deliver it. We just had our two day training event here. It went perfectly, the staff was amazing and the food delicious. I’m booking next year today so I don’t have to think about the details again they’ll know what to do.
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were wonderful and had everything I needed. The staff including the valet were most helpful and courteous. The Resturant was convenient and delicious with staff that was very attentive. All in All a great weekend place!
