Recommendeda lovely place and friendly staff
Why are the return vents all black lmao. Breakfast is booty, staff sucks, and they let crack heads wander the parking lot with Bluetooth speakers all night.
One bed was broken; mattress very uncomfortable; AC unit would not blow cold air properly; bathroom door would get stuck on the floor due to the wrong size, so you would have to push hard to open and close it; two-person room and no big towels at all...only hand towels; armoire drawers wouldn't open enough to put clothes in; window sill ledge broke and leaning on one side.
I travel for work and work nights. I get a room here about once a week and sleep during the day. Its quiet, clean, and beds are comfortable. Manager is very nice and helpful.
The breakfast bar was pathetic. The juice machine and waffle iron were broken all 5 days of my stay. The other guests were insanely rude, being loud in the halls, stomping around to the point my room shook, all night long. My husband woke up barely able to walk in the mornings, due to the uncomfortable beds. We were staying here on business, only needed this room for sleeping, this hotel failed at it's most basic function, sleep.
My friends did not have a good experience but ares was really good I will be back
I love this hotel the rooms is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly��
2nd Worst hotel stay ever morning mgr is rude and the beds are broke down if they treat people this way they should not be open
