In 3 years I've NEVER had 4G service. I rarely get even 3G and I live in Lewiston. Last few days I've had NO data service when not on wifi. Why am I paying for something that doesn't work? I'll change my review when my phone gets 4G, but chances are I'll be switching services sooner than that.

We got a phone stolen on saturday from the fair called saturday at 5:47pm to have the phone turned off and you cant talk to anyone till monday because they dont have after hours help at all, left a voicemail and no one got back to me at all! So i called monday to have the phone turned off and maybe they could credit the account because i just paid the bill but they wont credit, customer service not the best if i could change services i would but only get service with inland!
They shut off everyone's phones! Customer service is non-existent, and they lie about what is going on.
RecommendedThey provided cell service and internet in a place I would have none. A canyon in rural Eastern Washington
What is taking so long getting our service back? If it only takes one fire to destroy our Inland Cellular service. Tell me again about why I am staying with you as my provider? I am listening and so others!
