Long waiting time, even with appointments. ridiculous many questions to answer to check in. reaching out by phone is close to impossible. medical service is okay, but whole experience isn't awesome or great. due to this can't sacrifice more than 2 Stars.
You never can reach a live person. And if you're not in this system they won't call you back. As far as faxing any referrals to them you might as well bring it in person because it never gets there through a fax
