Dissapointing, that when arrived early for my 8:10 am appointment, I was told that my doctor would not be in today. The receptioninst said that, "we have been trying to contact you". There were no missed calls, nor messages from the medical centre, on my phone.

Rude and Incompetent receptionist.
Quite a pity as it used to be our preferred medical provider, but because of several issues, such as a rude and opinionated receptionist, lack of accountability when it comes to to forgetting to call the patient for Telehealth appointments and wrong medicine given. My wife took our infant son for a URTI and Dr Malik very quickly prescribed an asthma puffer. We went to see another doctor at a different clinic and the doctor prescribed antibiotics straight away.
