I went here for COVID testing in late July. THe experience when I was there was fine but they never posted my results in my portal and I had to call multiple times to get the results. Additionally, I paid a substantial copay for myself and two other family members and, even tho my insurance then later covered the entire cost, I have been unable to get the copay refunded. I’ve left multiple messages and no one has returned my phone call ever. For Mercer County residents, the at home test is free and easy. I would not return t... read more

I was charged a copay for a covid test and i knew i did not owe it, cigna covers this 100%. I told them that, but they refused to test me until i paid the copay and after waiting 3 hours for this, i ended up paying it. The EOB from cigna says i owe nothing, and i have not received a reimbursement from this urgent care. Its been 3 months, I have called, messaged them online, left voice messages. not one return call. When i do get through i am placed on hold for 20 min then hung up on. I had cigna call and they did the same th... read more

COVID-19 Antibody Testing (A Cautionary Tale): I am going to try to keep this short because I am so livid. I had direct exposure to COVID-19 on 1/23/20 and became sick in mid-February. At that time, testing did not exist in my area so I was unable to schedule one. I scheduled a COVID-19 ANTIBODY test yesterday with Infocus Urgent Care West Windsor, which is an in-person facility that one must enter to be tested. When it came time for my appointment, the doctor asked me a series of questions and I provided her with a full his... read more

My sister went in yesterday for an ANTIBODY test because she was exposed to COVID in January. She was paying out-of-pocket and told the staff that she didn't want to have any unnecessary testing procedures done. An antibody test can be completed through a blood draw and a COVID test is done via nasal swab. The doctor had my sister remove her protective mask (even after she told the doctor that her son is immunocompromised) and swabbed her for a COVID test. At the time, my sister didn't realize what was happening because she ... read more

Very kind staff. Pleasant and so helpful. The doctor even advised us how to get an injection at a local pharmacy so it would be more affordable. Excellent in every way!!!
