Well deserved 5 star service! The main technician that worked with us was Freddy. Extremely polite, dependable, friendly and professional. So was the other technician that accompanied him. When I first called Freddy, he gave us an appointment for 3 days after we called in, but as he knew we wanted him sooner, called us as soon as he had an earlier opening. Came promptly on time. Fred got my generator plug and interlock installed and was patient to answer all of my questions. His service was very fair and affordable. I am able to run my whole house on my portable generator. It works great.
