Fantastic product and customer service. I purchased one of their products in person an outdoor show. I lost 1 screw but didn't effect the product. Purchased another online for my son. Left a note about the lost screw and to see if they would include one. Sent me 2 screws and the "T-6" tool to install it! Thank you! Will be a return customer!
