I ordered a custom logo stamp for my jewelry company.. best decision I've ever made. The quality of these stamps is OUTSTANDING. They were able to make an extremely tiny stamp - and it stamps clearly and crisply. They made a slight edit to my artwork to make the stamp better. Mindi answered all of my questions (I had lots) and the stamp arrived in exactly the time estimate. I can't wait to order a larger one! Thank you!

I have 2 customs sets from infinity and 1 designer set, I LOVE them!! Julie was great for ALL my orders, the only downfall is....... the quality is so far beyond my other stamp sets, i don't want to use my other sets now!
Bad bad bad customer service. Was promised my stamp a month ago for my business before it opened and guess what! STILL WAITING AND RUDE RESPONSES. If I was this rude in hospitality I wouldn't have a job. Shame I couldn't rate you 0 stars!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over charged my credit card by $1200 and it was such a hassle to get them to admit their mistake and issue a refund. Also, communication with my rep was horrible. The stamps are great, but there are many other companies with great stamps and much better customer service!
