Where to begin... 1. Front desk is over-staffed, yet nobody takes calls. 2. Speaking of calls, I’ve been waiting on a follow up for FIVE months. No call back. 3. You’ll get your bills...but certainly not until they go to collections. Why? Because they don’t read the paperwork you fill out detailing address changes or other important details. 4. Terrible service with the Novi (Providence) office. They will never forget to charge you or make you pay I’ll give them that. Although anytime you file any paperwork I wish you the best of luck. Numerous times I’ve filled out paper work and on their new tablets. Each time there’s no record and it wasn’t filed. Won’t be a matter of time till there’s a malpractice case out this office. Get rid of the docs who do not care about patients (in my experience) such as doctor Steven Klein
Dr. Barad is the worst physician I’ve EVER dealt with. She is not knowledgeable and has failed consistently with listening to my health concerns. She has a cold heart and WILL NOT help in any emergency situation. She will ignore you. Do yourself a favor and see someone who actually cares if you live. I hope her customer service improves once she sees this.
Not very conducive having to wait on HOLD for 37 minutes to make a Dr. apt. Perhaps have a 2nd admin answering phones during busy times?!?
