stay far away from this group of people, terminated me with NO reasoning and gave me a total of 5 days to move out of an apartment i had stayed in for 2 and a half years… Does not care about their employees and tenants.
Infinity property management is probably the shadiest, scummiest company I have ever had to deal with. They run income based housing projects but then treat their low income tenants as if they have no rights at all. In fact one of their property officers has been caught on camera saying "you live in idaho housing, if you dont like it then move" when being confronted about landlord harassment. The property is full of trash except right up front by the entrance. There’s dog crap everywhere and the dumpsters have to be opened by the residents because management not maintenance will open or clean the areas. I highly recommend that you not rent any property that infinity manages.
RUN. They do not deal with the property issues well. Dogs were left to attack other dogs and a disabled man, off leash etc. They act illegally and outside of the lease when I was repeatedly harassed by another tenant as witnessed by their own handyman who gave a statement to validate what happened. Boycott them.
I have worked for many property management companies during my 35 years of property management. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They are narcissistic and don't really care at all about their tenants or their workers. I packed up and left after 4 weeks of their bulshit.
