RUN. They do not deal with the property issues well. Dogs were left to attack other dogs and a disabled man, off leash etc. They act illegally and outside of the lease when I was repeatedly harassed by another tenant as witnessed by their own handyman who gave a statement to validate what happened. Boycott them.
I have worked for many property management companies during my 35 years of property management. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They are narcissistic and don't really care at all about their tenants or their workers. I packed up and left after 4 weeks of their bulshit.
Things have changed and we have a new building administrator who is nicer and available. We still deal with people being nasty and not picking up after their dogs! But overall it is a nice place.
I have attempted to contact Infinity Property Mgmt 2 times via email and NO RESPONSE, called 2x goes to voice mail, NO RESPONSE. I am being charged $40. late fee due to the property manager NOT checking the outside drop box until 13 days later.
Creekside Court senior apartments Sheridan Wyoming & Crestview Senior housing Bigfork Montana now under new ownership and by the name of Bigfork Senior Housing. Between these two properties I have spent about 6 or 7 years with infinity management.
