First & foremost, here are our personal ratings on this builder-company: Beautifully styled homes/subdivisions – 4 stars out of 5 Interior quality/workmanship – 2 stars Staff professionalism/helpfulness – 3 stars (until the ink dries on the sales contract!) Moved in three years ago. Still waiting for warranty repairs. Beginning with our one year review, when items for repair were confirmed. There has never been an issue with Infinity agreeing to repair. They have been out to the house five times with different warranty personnel to assess. They assure us that THIS time iit will get done. The the person we meet leaves the company and we start again. For some reason, their warranty department can't hang onto an employee for ore than a few months. That's a red flag!

Infinity Homes has been disaster. During Covid we were given a time frame for them to have more than enough time to the end of December. Here we are in the end of March to only have to keep reaching out to get a new Date of end of May. Please seek other options cause Lindsey starts out good and nice and then never responds. We have missed out on dates for locked in rates for mortgages and the list goes on. PLESE FIND OTHER BUILDERS WHO DON"T LIE AND SLACK AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! We own a home in the Woodside Village subdivision. The entire process was a nightmare. From unprofessionalism within their office and Site Manager to the quality of work. 4.5 years later and we now have siding coming off and a leak in our garage roof. Both of which they won't do anything because you have a 1-year warranty and they do not release sub-contractor information. Infinity Homes offers a great selection of floorplans and upgrades. The base pricing of the homes allows for first time homeowners to get into a brand new home at a lower price point. With any new build there is going to be settling within the home. Nail pops and drywall cracks are normal. The builder offers a one year warranty which is also standard building practice. Run away as fast as you can. The quality of their work is terrible from drywall to siding it’s all subpar work. You have been warned. Rating (-10)

My husband and I closed on our new home in February 2019. We are very happy with the layout and the entire process. We have had some minor issues but Infinity addressed them in a timely fashion. Whenever I say the home was built by Infinity I get a good response. I would recommend them if you are planning on building.

My experience is as a neighbor to someone who was having a home built by Infinity. Every contractor with Infinity turfed up my property. The driveway that was installed while the house was being built was inadequate, not wide enough for the trucks that needed to access the house being built. The gravel trucks, the cement trucks, the truss trucks, the lumber trucks, etc. all rutted up my property when they tried to make the turn into the driveway." 100 ft long of 6" deep ruts.
