The staff in the Bangor location have helped me through some of the hardest times! I can’t say enough about them. They continuously work to make their members feel like they belong. I refer everyone to them, when they’re shopping for a new bank/credit union. I have literally never had an issue with my account, and they keep me updated regularly. No pressure ever. This place was always my favorite bank by far but it seems that the majority of the girls hired within the last couple years that are working at westbrook in customer service are so extremely rude I wouldn't let them wait on my deaf grandmother and they possibly were even absent for every day of training because they never have the answers to your questions. The few bad apples in there are ruining it for to 30+ great employees who have helped me out immensely over the years. I really hope that these women are not the future ... read more
Best bank in the land. They have helped my husband, who's credit got TRASHED in a NASTY money fueled divorce. I've been a member since before it was even IFCU! I highly recommend this bank to everyone! They actually care about their clients, unlike regular banks. The bangor branch has the most amazing employees!
