RecommendedI have been a member of Infinity Federal Credit Union for over 10 years. I have had numerous loans with them and a credit card with them as well. Their approval process is easy and painless, and they are great to work with. I also love "shared branching" as their branches aren't always convenient for me I love that I can bank with them from any other credit union location in the state.
Infinity FCU is a wonderful part of the community with their "Bank at Work" program!

Infinity Federal Credit Union is the best around. I had a previous credit union for years and they would never even look at me for any lending purposes. Infinity has worked with me to give me a chance. Cyndi at the Bangor branch is amazing. She worked with me every step of the way and always returned my emails or calls in a extremely timely fashion. I’ve had great experiences with this bank a lot of people don’t know about it which makes it more better because popular banks are more for being targeted when it comes for scammers and they helped me get my money back when my money was stolen they comfort me cause I was crying I was afraid and it was a bad experience it was like a nightmare! everyone has their choice of banks I chose Federal Credit Unions cause a lot of them do shares branching and since I flock from the west coast to the east it’s very helpful :) but unfor... read more
They helped fix my problem hopefully I can try to manage better and learn that the bank needs fees to operate but I also understand that the fees made it impossible to pay the amount that was originally owed however they set up a plan and tried to work with me so I shall change my review
