Beware of this credit union and their mortgage commitment process. They put me through the wringer a week out from closing in what has been probably the most invasive, convoluted, and unclear refi process I’ve ever been through—and I’ve been through many. Their refinance/mortgage commitments and “official” conditions for approvals do not appear to be legitimate and they do not stand by those (their own written) requirements.
