I don't even have a loan with this company. A family member does. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Threatened to continue to call my work number. When I called back to tell her not to call again. She was laughing like a child. I'd never do business with people like this.

If city finance was the last place on earth to get a loan at I still wouldnt recommend. (Manager) Angela is very rude and unprofessional. I've never dealt with anyone like her. She needs to be replace. I have recordings of our conversation she gets very disrespectful, loud and become very personal with you. Also letters that I'm not sure who type up and send out to customers but it was very rude and unprofessional as well.

The manager at the 709 e methvin office is rude, disrespectfull, and she has no business working where there are other people involved. She has no people skills whatsoever. She is constantly breaking the 3rd party disclosure law, and she is always giving out costomers personal information. She cusses out cost. that have loans there. you know,city finance hasnt had a female manager for a year or so,i think the manager now is very good to his customers. you know ifyou call them before your payment is due,like you agreed,then theydont have to call your relatives

I have been a customer of City Finance for about a year now. I used them to build credit with. Well today I get a call from my brother saying that they called him and were very rude. The message was that I needed to call them and that it was urgent. I called them because I thought maybe my identity had been stolen or something and it turns out I was a day late!
