We absolutely love Infinty! super friendly and always willing to help. I love that everything is face to face.
My debit card was compromised and my account was overdrawn. From the minute I called, I was helped(Katlyn) and it was taken care of quickly. A huge shoutout to Nancy in the fraud department who went over and above. It was hard to get a hold of someone at first, but it was also 9am on a Monday morning. I have been banking here for a long time and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After having $800 fraud on our credit card I became responsible for the money that they transferred into my account almost a week later. Never would I recommend this bank, or getting a credit card through them. It’s been nothing shy of a giant mess and not one person has been helpful in this situation.
