I have had accounts at this credit union for years and have loved it. I have a credit card and two car loans with them. Unfortunately some recent changes have made me wonder if I need to change. The new website and mobile browser are terrible. It is also nearly impossible to reach someone by phone for help!
The banking conversion was a nightmare & still is! I still show no activity on my account when I either use or pay on my Mastercard & every time you call no one answers the phone!
I can’t even begin to explain the level of frustration I have felt dealing with this bank!! We opened and account at another bank because of it and kept our Infinity Account open because of bills that automatically come out of it. However pretty sure I will be in to close it because since the app update I can log into my account once and then it doesn’t recognize any of my info and locks me out of the account. I LOVE Infinity Federal Credit Union...I just hate their new website design...
Definitely not the same as it use to be. Too focused on getting bigger that they forgot who helped them grow
