Omg what a lie My 77 year old mother needs and extraction and The bill was insane ! Manager was so rude kept speaking over me. The dentist would not get on the phone. I' have been been in the dental field for over 30 years ,how sad that this office even chose to charge for a cold pack ! Truly sad that dental practices exist like this Taking advantage of the elderly.

After 4 emails Brittney Cain refuses to refund prepay services pressured to buy when paid cash for a broken crown. On receipt shows ‘prepaid’ and now after Cain’s second threatening email that they want to keep money for cleaning services never rendered. Do not go here. Cain says I got big 10%discount for paying cash for services like I owe her. And because I got these discounts, the prepay 240.00 for 2 yearly cleanings never received she wants to keep. I was visiting from out Ohio and had some problems the were very accommodating and helpful and saw me immediately. They were so helpful and sympathetic and fixed my problem which included a root canal They were great and I wish they can come to Ohio for me
First appointment today as a new patient and I felt very welcomed by their hygienist Michelle & Dr. Sanchez. The office is clean & smells good, ( I have a thing about smells) lol and they have a great sense of humor! They welcome new patients with a nice goodie bag, and their attention to detail is very much appreciated. I’ve already made my next two appointments. I have a ton of work I need to get done but I’m hopeful and trust that Dr. Sanchez and his team can help me get it all done.
I have been going to Doc here at infinity Dental for 4-5 years... maybe more. I have nothing but wonderful & kind comments about everyone here!! They are always concerned for “how you feel” when any procedure is being done. They talked to you and make even laugh all the way through your visit. Infinity Dental had Veterans Day cleaning was great for all the Vets, I greatly appreciate the appointment that Linda had made for me to come back in Wednesday because they where so over worked with all the Vets that showed up. The hygienist was super she cleaned my teeth gently.
