BEWARE: FOUND A USED CAR ONLINE AND THE 1ST THING THEY DID WAS RAISE THE PRICE with an accessory package and maintenance plan = about $2000. Then, after some talking, they "can't" remove that and send back an offer still higher than the online price by $750.THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE BUYING CARS FROM DEALERS AND THEY GO TO CARVANA. Everyone is so polite and it’s genuine, they know who you are , always asking if I needed anything, and the service was really fast , even topped off my break fluid because i had told them the VDC light was coming off and on . Told me the rear breaks were getting low and did not try to get me to bring it in , told them I can do it , he said perfect
I'm back with another review. We went in to get our car fixed. When we got it back we notice there was a lot of coolant spilt under the hood that hadn't been cleaned up. My boyfriend also noticed there were 4 BOLTS missing and one bolts wasn't fully tightened all the way. Also when we went to go pick up the car the lady at the receptionist desk just handed us the keys, when we asked where the car was she's just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know.
