Initially went to Auburn VW and had a horrible experience. Decided to go to Infiniti of Tacoma since we bought at least 3 cars from them and they were always on point. Tari and the sales manager did an amazing job. We got to the numbers I wanted in no time, we definitely appreciate them and their customer service. We are one of those people who buys a lot of cars and we have tried almost every dealership on the south side and Infiniti of Tacoma is now our go to dealership, keep up the great work.

I was very pleased with our experience at Infinity of Tacoma at Fife. Our salesman, Tari, did an excellent job in representing the Infinity line and finding the right car for us. We were not overly pressured and were treated fairly. Overall it was a positive experience and we look forward to working with them as we enjoy our new car.
Tari was our salesman. He’s an extremely good listener. He remembered to investigate and find answers when we had questions. I felt he was honest and wasn’t pushy for us to make a decision. Everyone there was polite and courteous to ensure our needs were being met.
