I have Been taking my G35x there for years, always Awesome service and The service reps are personable and informative.
I was sold a “paint warranty” and when the day comes to put in a claim, I am informed that it only covers doors! I would have never purchased a warranty that only covered my doors! I have been trying to contact the manager regarding a refund for over a month now and all I am told is that I only had 30 days to cancel the warranty after purchasing it, I have requested they work with me regarding a pro-rated refund based on the number of days left on the policy and he refuses to reply. I just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to all the guys and gals at the Infinity dealership. Especially Forrest, Mark, and Pat. Excellent customer service, no hassle, and they make you feel right at home. They were able to make magic happen and got my family into a brand new 2017 GMC Sierra with very low payments AND on a super low interest rate. While the paperwork was being completed they detailed the truck and it was sparkling when they brought it out. My family is definitely doing more business with them.
Went in Infiniti for the first time and a had the best experience in a long time. Sorry everyone, this is a long one. I have been looking for a Mazda3 and when I saw on Craigslist that there was one with only 39k miles on it and for $12,500. We called/texted ahead and spoke with Ariel who was very nice and very helpful. She said come in and ask for Al! When my father-in-law and I showed up the car was already parked out front and we went inside and promptly found Al.
