I have not been there for many years in regard to getting my vehicle serviced. I had a good experience back then and an even better experience this last weekend. Took my Q50 for what I suspected was a belt going out. Once I arrived, Oscar quickly helped me out and got me set up with a loaner vehicle with no charge to me. Upon further inspection, the vehicle needed new turbos, a new belt, a new water pump, and they even threw in new window seals. Without hesitation or charging me a dime, they replaced all the parts under warranty and even vacuumed my car and replaced the oil. I could not have asked for a better experience.
