Neither of the 2 people that contacted me; recognized me after I arrived for my appointment. But the manager was very helpful and introduced me to Candy. She was Fantastic! I love my car.

Had an appointment to see the car and about 10 before my appointment,while I was on my way, I get a call telling me the car wasn’t on site. Terrible way to do business.
Car was sold while I was on my way down to check it out. They contacted me while I was on my way to let me know they sold it. Saved me a trip out.
Excellent! First time I got out of a dealership in 2 hours. They defiantly have their act together. I appreciate that they knew I wanted a car, and they listened. Too bad I couldn't buy an Infiniti, but I gave someone else infornation that in the future they could. Thank you!

Great sales ability and wonderful atmosphere; however, once the sale is made...POOR customer service...it’s about paying attention to customer after the sale that’s important. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Dealer decietful, manipulative and dishonest. Drove 3 hours to purchase vehicle and verified all pricing and details prior to arrival and specifically inquired about hidden dealer add on fees and scams. Sales person marked up price by over 1800 dollars in dealer "costs" (more than 10 diff fees). Salesman and his manager lied to get my family to drive 3 hours and aparantly assumed we would buy no matter what after driving so far.
