Great sales ability and wonderful atmosphere; however, once the sale is made...POOR customer service...it’s about paying attention to customer after the sale that’s important. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Dealer decietful, manipulative and dishonest. Drove 3 hours to purchase vehicle and verified all pricing and details prior to arrival and specifically inquired about hidden dealer add on fees and scams. Sales person marked up price by over 1800 dollars in dealer "costs" (more than 10 diff fees). Salesman and his manager lied to get my family to drive 3 hours and aparantly assumed we would buy no matter what after driving so far.
Responded quickly. Gave me several suggestions on what to look for when buying a used car.

The salesperson that contacted me had promised to send me photos of the interior of the car. But I did not receive the photos. No follow up after that
