Dealer at the last minute added $449 for dealer doc fee, which was equal to half the discount that he offered. He did not disclose this fee until the last minute! Arizona does not regulate this fee, there many dealers take advantage of this to add more profit at the last minute. This fee in California is only $85. It is suppose to cover the cost of closing paperwork.
Once the dealer received the funds, they delayed shipping the car as paid for and promised.
